Busy, Trendy, Modern, Quality, Fresh are several ways of describing this restaurants attitude to service. All of these companies 25 restaurants are famous for their quality fresh Italian produce which is all imported from several regions of Italy, specifically for them. Their main aim as a company is to give people the ability to try exceptionally good ingredients within a relaxed and friendly restaurant experience. This is a fantastic challenge for a exsisting head Chef. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality food and happy customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Head Chef level, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 8 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European*Italian food. All of these companies 25 restaurants are 7-day operations. You will be expected to work 5 straight shifts per week. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company to build on your already flourishing career as Head Chef, coupled with a competitive salary.
